摘要
农产品质量安全及其产地溯源是当今世界共同关注的问题。国际上,将元素-同位素技术应用到农产品溯源领域正受到极大关注。通过研究农产品原产地土壤、岩石、降水及地表水等环境因子中元素-同位素组成与农产品之间的对应关系,可定位农产品原产地及其生长地域环境地球化学特征。目前,追溯农产品产地的技术方法存在同位素分馏效应,人为干扰因素较多且方法单一,精度不够,无法真实反映农产品原产地实际环境地球化学特征等问题。元素-锶同位素是很有潜力的溯源指标。本文在认识元素-锶同位素溯源技术基本原理的基础上,重点介绍了目前元素和其他同位素溯源技术的研究现状以及存在的问题、元素-锶同位素溯源技术方法的优越性及其在农产品产地溯源中的应用前景,以期推动元素-锶同位素溯源技术在农产品产地溯源领域的研究与应用,促进农产品质量安全与产地追溯制度的建立与完善。
The quality and traceability of agricultural products have become a hot issue all over the world.The multi-element and isotope tracing technique has been shown to be a valuable tool to discriminate agricultural products according to their original regions.By studying the multi-element and isotopic compositions as well as the corresponding relationship between the origin of agricultural products and soil,rocks,rainwater and surface water in the original regions,someone can determine the geographical origin and geochemical characteristics of agricultural products.At present,the technical methods,which are used to trace the geographical origin of agricultural products,have some deficiencies,such as isotope fractionation effect,more human disturbance and single method,and the accuracy is not sufficient,and thus can not reflect the actual geochemical characteristics of the original environment.Multi-element and strontium isotope tracing is a promising method.In this paper,on the basis of the recognition of the principle about the multi-element and strontium isotope tracing technique,the authors highlighted the current status and problems concerning the multi-element and other isotopes tracing technique,the superiority of origin traceability in the agriculture using multi-element and strontium isotope tracing technique and its prospects of application in agricultural products,looking forward to promoting research on and application of the multi-element and strontium isotope tracing techniques in the agricultural origin traceability field,which will be beneficial to the establishment and improvement of the traceability system for the agricultural products in the future.
