RECK、MMP-14在喉癌组织中的表达及临床意义 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨RECK和MMP-14在喉癌发生发展中的作用。方法应用流式细胞术检测41例喉癌组织(喉癌组)、28例癌旁组织(癌旁组)及15例喉部正常黏膜组织(对照组)中RECK和MMP-14的表达,分析其与喉癌临床病理特征的关系。结果喉癌组RECK蛋白的表达量明显低于、MMP-14蛋白表达量明显高于癌旁组和对照组(P均<0.05);在喉癌组织中RECK及MMP-14表达与淋巴结转移、临床分期病理组织学分级密切相关(P均<0.05)。喉癌组织中RECK与MMP-14的表达呈负相关(r=-0.63,P<0.01)。结论在喉癌组织中RECK蛋白低表达以及MMP-14蛋白高表达可促进喉癌的发生;RECK蛋白和MMP-14蛋白相互作用可能影响喉癌的侵袭和转移。
