摘要
对泰山硫磺菌硫磺原变种ts菌株生物学特性研究结果表明,以葡萄糖为碳源和以蛋白胨为氮源的培养基最有利于菌丝生长,最佳培养基配方为200 g马铃薯+2.5%葡萄糖+0.2%蛋白胨+0.2%磷酸二氢钾+0.1%硫酸镁+20 g琼脂+1 000 ml水,菌丝生长适宜温度为25~30℃,适宜pH为4~6。
The study on the biological characteristics of the ts strain of Laetiporus sulphureus var. sulphu- reus revealed that the optimum carbon and nitrogen sources were glucose and peptone, respectively. The mycelia grew best in the medium which contained 200 g potato, 2.5% glucose, 0.2% peptone, 0. 2% KH2PO4, 0.1% MgSO4, 20 g agar and 1 000 ml distilled water. The optimum temperature and pH for mycelia growth were 25 - 30T: and 4 - 6 respectively.
