Study on reservoir optimal operation of pumped storage power station

摘要 泥沙问题在抽水蓄能电站的设计中一直比较突出,主要是泥沙引起的库容损失和水泵水轮机的磨损问题。本文以滦河干流上丰宁抽水蓄能电站为例,采用多目标规划的思想方法对抽水蓄能电站泥沙问题进行研究,通过建立的水库多目标规划模型,对抽水蓄能电站拦沙库的补水能力和泥沙淤积进行模拟计算,分析与比较不同调度方案下拦沙库的有效库容和防沙效果,选出优化调度的实施方案,提出解决此类电站泥沙引起的库容损失和水泵水轮机磨损的应对措施,指导解决工程建设实际问题。 Sediment causes reservoir storage capacity loss and pump-turbine wear, and it is a prominent issue in design of pumped storage power station. This paper develops a water-sediment joint operation model using multi-objective programming theory to simulate reservoir sedimentation and water supplement of a pumped storage power station on the Luan River. Different operation schemes were simulated, analyzed and compared, and an optimal operation scheme was determined. This study also proposes a practical solution for avoiding reservoir storage capacity loss and pump-turbine wear.
