摘要
提出一种基于触摸屏的嵌入式精密数控内圆磨床人机交互系统设计方案。该系统采用主从式两级控制,通过开发界面软件实现了内圆磨削的集成交互控制,改善了人机交互性能,提高了加工效率和通信能力。
A design scheme of human-machine interactive system of embedded precision CNC internal grinder was proposed based on touch screen. The master-slave two-stage control mode was used in the system. By developing interface software, the integration interactive control for the internal grinding was achieved. The performance of the human-machine interaction is improved and the pro- cessing efficiency and communication capabilities are increased.
