摘要
针对典型结构件在DMU50 e机床的数控铣削加工,研究将UG软件的刀位文件生成机床用程序的问题,首先提出了后置处理中重要的机床运动变换和字符转换方法,而后利用C语言编制了数控系统SIEMENS 840D的后置处理程序。最后通过实例仿真加工验证了方法的可行性。
For the CNC milling of the typical structural part in DMU50 e machine tool,the problem to convert the cutter location source file to machining program is concerned.In this paper,the general kinematics model of machine tool was constructed,the technology of character conversion was proposed and the postprocessor of SIEMENS 840D was programmed by C.At last,the correctness and validity of the method was certified by experiments.
