摘要
紫外可见分光光度计测量信号由于受噪声、偏置、温漂、背景光等干扰,测量精度受影响会降低。文中采用了以混合信号微处理器C8051F340单片机与24位AD转换器ADS1255为核心的双路数据采集系统,实时动态采集样品、参比与暗信号,经过相应数据处理,可有效滤除干扰,提高分光光度计的测量精度、稳定性以及重复性。
Ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometer has a low signal precision due to the bad effects of noise,bios,temperature drift and stray light.A dual data acquisition system was designed based on high-performance ADC ADS1255 and C8051F340 which was a mixed-signal microcontroller.The sample,reference and dark signal acquired dynamically on time were disposed by appropriate data processing.Through this way interferences can be effectively filtered out and The data acquisition of the system accomplish high accuracy,high stability,and high repeatability.
