摘要
随着高等学校的连续扩招,多数地方高校都存在多校区运行的局面。目前分校区教学管理存在管理人员、教学资源和管理机制缺陷。改进分校区教学管理的应对措施:创新观念、校园文化建设、管理与服务。
With the continuous expansion of higher education the majority of local colleges and universities have multi - campusrunning situation. The current campus teaching management has some defects in the staff, teaching resources and management mechanism. The district teaching management measures are to refresh the concept of innovation, improve the campus culture construction and reform the management and service.
