摘要 本文回顾了西北矿冶研究院四十年发展历程中不同的历史时期专业技术人员的创新研究成果及其为白银公司和我国有色金属工业的技术进步与发展所做出的贡献,提出了技术中心以项目为纽带、岗位薪酬为基础,以及项目考核绩效奖励、成果转化技术增量奖励、科技成果奖励与知识产权(专利权)奖励为一体的创新管理模式,全面激发专业技术人员的创新潜能与创新激情,全面推进企业的技术进步,引领和支撑企业的可持续发展。 This paper reviews the different historical period in the course of forty years development of Northwest Institute of Mining and Metallurgy,the innovation research results made by professional and technical personnel and they contributed for Baiyin Company and China's nonferrous metal industry in technological progress and the development,Put forward the innovation of the management mode of the Technical Center with project as the link,post pay as the foundation,and project assessment rewarding performance,achievements transformation of scientific and technological incremental rewards,science and technology achievement award intellectual property rights(patent) award as a whole to fully arouse specialized technical personnel's innovative potential and innovation passion,and promote enterprise's technical progress,lead and support the sustainable development of the enterprises.
