摘要
目的分析距下关节脱位的临床诊断和治疗效果。方法选择2001年1月～2010年1月收治的26例距下关节脱位患者临床资料,内侧距下关节脱位22例,外侧距下关节脱位4例。闭合手法牵引复位17例,切开复位9例。结果本组全部获随访,随访时间14～22个月,平均(17.7±3.9)个月。关节功能根据美国足踝外科协会AOFAS后足评分标准,术后功能优14例,良8例,可4例;优良率84.62%。结论距骨脱位应早期明确诊断,经过闭合手法复位或切开复位均获得较满意的疗效。
Objective To assess the diagnosis and treatment of subtablar joint dislocation in 26 patients.Methods Totally 26 patients with subtablar joint dislocation were treated from Jan.2001 to Jan.2010.There were 19 males and 7 females,whose age ranged from 28 to 47 years（average 36.7±7.4 years）.The medial dislocation of subtablar joint was observed in 22 cases and the lateral dislocation of subtablar joint in 4 cases.Subtablar joint dislocation was treated with close manipulative reduction in 17 cases and open reduction in 9 cases.Results All the patients were followed up for 14-22 months（average 17.7±3.9 months）.The joint function was assessed by AOFAS criteria,indicating 14 excellent,8 good,and 4 fair.The excellent and good rate was 84.62%.Conclusion Early definite diagnosis and active treatment is required for treating subtablar joint dislocation.The close manipulative or open reduction is an effective surgical method for the treatment of subtablar joint dislocation.
