摘要
目的:观察夏芩颗粒对更年期高血压的治疗作用。方法:选择雌性老年大鼠,用噪音刺激结合光照的复合刺激法进行造模,观察夏芩颗粒对大鼠外观性情、收缩压的影响。结果:应激刺激后,模型组、夏苓组、阳性药对照组收缩压在第7天均小幅上升,第14天上升幅度较大,到第18天基本达到峰值,而后基本维持峰值不变。至给药第2周,夏苓组和阳性药物对照组大鼠收缩压均降至正常值。夏芩颗粒具有明显改善老年雌性大鼠外观性情作用,并且能降低血压。结论:夏芩颗粒对雌性老年大鼠高血压具有治疗作用。
Objective: To observe the curative effect of Xiaqin particles on climacteric hypertension. Methods: Older female rats were selected, then noise combined with illumination was used to establish rat models, the effect of Xiaqin particles on appearance, tempera- ment, and systolic pressure of rats were observed. Results: After stress stimulation, the values of systolic pressure of rats in model group, Xiaqin group, and positive drug group increased slightly on the seventh day, increased significantly on the fourteenth day, and peaked on the eighteenth day, then the values maintained at peak value. The values of systolic pressure of rats in Xiaqin group and positive drug group de- creased to normal values until the second week. Xiaqin particles could improve the appearance and temperament of old female tars obviously, and it could reduce blood pressure. Conclusion: Xiaqin particles have curative effect on hypertension in old female rats.
