超声三血管(三血管气管)切面在胎儿心脏大血管畸形诊断中的应用价值 被引量:9

摘要 目的:探讨三血管(三血管气管)切面在胎儿心脏大血管畸形筛查中的临床价值。方法:胎儿系统超声筛查及胎儿超声心动图筛查3 000例孕18~35周孕妇,分析胎儿三血管(三血管气管)切面声像图特征。结果:三血管(三血管气管)切面中,血管位置异常17例,血管管径大小异常32例,血管数量异常16例,合并心外畸形28例;其中血管管径大小异常的检出率最高97%,血管位置异常的检出率为94%,血管数量异常的检出率较低为81%。结论:超声3VV或3VT切面在胎儿心脏大血管检查过程中有着重要的临床价值,此切面操作简便、易于显示,而且在胎儿心脏畸形检查过程中可作为基本的筛查切面之一,可以极大地提高检出率。 Objective: To explore the clinical value of ultrasonic three -vessel view (three vessels and trachea) for screening of fetal cardiovascular defects. Methods: Fetal ultrasound and fetal ultrasonic cardiogram were used to screen 3 000 pregnant women of 18 -35 gestational weeks, the image characteristics of fetal three - vessel view were analyzed. Results: Among the cases, 17 cases with vascular dis- location, 32 cases with abnormal vascular diameter, 16 cases with abnormal vascular number, and 28 cases complicated by extraeardiac de- fects were found by ultrasonic three -vessel view; the detection rates of abnormal vascular diameter was the highest, which was 97% , fol- lowed by the detection rates of vascular dislocation (94%) and abnormal vascular number (81%) . Conclusion: Ultrasonic 3VV view or 3VT view had important clinical values in the course of examination of fetal heart and great vessels, the operation had the advantages of sim- ple operation and easy to display, which can be used as one of the basic screening views in the course of examination of fetal cardiovascular defects, and the method improves the detection rate greatly.
