总结了既有居住建筑节能改造中建筑节能的经验,探讨了建筑改造要点及设计中的多样化统一标准,以期实现技术可行性和经济适用性协调统一,从而保障整体居住建筑的节能效果。
The paper summarizes building energy-saving experience in energy-saving transformation of existing residential building, and explores building transformation points and variety unifieation standards in the design, with a view to realize the coordination of technological feasibility and economic adaptability. Thus, it ensures the overall energy-saving effect of residential building.
