摘要
利用高速摄像系统进行同步动作拍摄,运用生物力学的方法,对我国优秀男子举重运动员的关节点的坐标、速度、相关角度、位移数据进行解析和处理,并和国际优秀男选手技术进行比较,找到差距,提出问题,供教练员、运动员改进技术参考。结果发现:该队员人杠距为7.931cm,超出了查阅文献得到的优秀举重运动员杠铃与队员距离在4-7 cm之间的范围,发力时间比其他优秀队员发力时间短;发力后使杠铃获得上升的最大速度低于其他优秀运动员。
In virtue of screening in three - dimensional high - speed way, by means of sports biomechanical, this study test analy- ses the coordinates of joint points, speed, related angles, and the displacement data of excellent male weightlifting athletes, tries to find the difference between the international best male athletes, and provides technical reference for coaches. The results show that: the distance is 7. 931 cm between the body and the bar of barbell, beyond the 4 - 7cm range of the distance of excellent lifter which we find in literature, and there is a shorter force time of this player than other excellent lifters ; moreover, the maximum in- creasing rate after the force time is lower than other elite athletes.
