摘要
壳聚糖的酰基化改性能够产生得到富有一定亲油性能的壳聚糖衍生物,同时也广泛应用于壳聚糖的亲油性改性里,综述了壳聚糖酰基化改性产物在抑茵、药物设计、化妆品保湿、药物负载等领域的用途。提出酰基化改性的发展方向——酰基化与其他修饰方式结合,对壳聚糖进行复合修饰。
