摘要
目的近年来抗原转运相关转运体1(transporter-associated with antigen processing 1,TAP1)rs2071480位点基因多态性与变应性鼻炎(allergic rhinitis,AR)遗传易感性的关系备受关注,但由于遗传和表型上的异质性,不同研究所获结果不尽一致,呈现的差异可能与种族有关。文中探讨新疆地区汉族人群TAP1*rs2071480位点单核苷酸多态性分布特点及与AR的关系。方法采用病例-对照研究方法,应用SNaPshot SNP分型技术对300名汉族人TAP1*rs2071480进行SNP位点分型,其中病例组150人,健康对照组150人。结果 TAP1*rs2071480基因频率在病例组和健康对照组分布符合Hardy-Weinberg平衡定律。组间基因型频率分布和等位基因频率分布差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 TAP1 2071480基因单核苷酸多态性可能与新疆地区汉族人群易患AR无关。
Objective In recent years, more and more attention is being paid to the relationship between transporter associated with antigen processing 1 (TAP1) rs2071480 gene polymorphisms and the susceptibility to allergic rhinitis (AR), and the results vary in different studies. This study aims to investigate the association of TAP1 * rs2071480 gene polymorphisms with the predisposition to AR in the Chinese Han population in Xinjiang. Methods We conducted a case control study on the region of TAP1 * rs2071480 in 150 Chinese Han people with AR and 150 normal controls using the SNaPshot system. Results The frequencies of TAP1 * rs2071480 were consistent with the Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium in both the case and the normal groups. The frequency distributions of three genotypes and two alleles showed no statistically significant differences between the two groups ( P 〉 0.05 ). Conclusion Maybe TAPI * rs2071480 gene polymorphisms are not associated with the susceptibility to allergic rhinitis in the Chinese Han population in Xinjiang.
