氯沙坦和卡托普利对老年高血压患者凝血和纤溶功能的影响被引量：2

摘要原发性高血压导致心脑血管事件的机制之一是高血压存在着内源性凝血、纤溶功能紊乱。越来越多的证据表明肾素血管紧张素系统（RAS）的活化不仅影响血管紧张度，还能够引起高血压患者止血系统的失衡.
