摘要
随着信息技术的高速发展,为更好地满足用户信息利用需求,高校档案馆需建立与之相匹配的个性化服务模式。文章参照知识管理的运作模式,结合web2.0信息技术和高校档案馆的自身特点,设计出用户需求分析和多种个性化服务的模式,并提出了个性化信息利用的具体策略。
With the development of information technology in the Web 2.0 era, in order to better meet users' needs, building individualized service mode is necessary. Based on operation mode of knowledge management, Web 2.0 information technology and characteristics of archives in universities, this paper designs modes for analyzing users' needs and varied patterns of individualized service and puts forward specific strategies for personalized information use.
