摘要
对低碳Si-Mn系TRIP钢的单次热压缩实验的结果进行了研究。根据熔点时压缩应力极小的状态,提出了一种简单的修正热效应对热压缩流变应力影响的方法。结合修正摩擦对热压缩流变应力影响的理论公式,修正了实验数据的误差。
The single-time hot compression test results of a low-C Si-Mn TRIP steel were investigated. A method to modify the influence of thermal effect on flow stress in hot compression was advanced based on pindling compression force at melting point. The errors in experiment data were modified combining the theory formula to modify the influence of friction on flow stress in hot compression.
