摘要
针对椭圆件的形状特点,对变压边力的研究提出了两种方案。运用有限元分析软件Dynaform,通过改变压边圈分区和变压边力方式进行了板料成形性能的有限元分析仿真。对不同变压边力曲线下成形极限图进行了观察,最终确定了较优的变压边力曲线。从模拟结果看,曲率半径较大区域上应该施加递增型的变压边力曲线,曲率半径较小区域上应该施加先减后增型的变压边力曲线。这可以显著提高拉深件的成形极限,且能减少或消除成形过程中出现的起皱、破裂等缺陷。
Aiming at the shape character of an elliptic piece, two schemes were put forward about the study of variable blank holder force (VBHF). By changing the blank hold-down pad partition and variable blank holder force manner, sheet formability was simulated with fmite element analysis software Dynaform. By observing forming limit diagram (FLD) under different VBHF curves, the preferable VBHF curve was ultimately confirmed. Form the of view of the simulation results, VBHF curve of increasing type should be applied on a larger radius of curvature area, and VBHF curve of first decreased and then increased type should be applied on a smaller radius of curvature area. These can significantly improve the forming limit of drawing parts and can also reduce or avoid the wrinkling and cracking of drawing parts.
