基于拉延筋和压边力的差厚拼焊板拉延成形回弹预测与控制 被引量:4

Prediction and Control of Drawing Springback of Tailor-Welded-Blank Based on Draw Bead and Blank Holder Force

摘要 利用有限元模拟预测了拉延筋和压边力对双焊缝差厚拼焊板汽车纵梁成形回弹的影响。找出了成形中减少回弹的方法。结果显示,设置拉延筋或增大压边力可以在一定程度上减小回弹量。在设置拉延筋和总压边力不变的条件下,在不同厚度板料部分施加不同的压边力使回弹得到了有效控制。 The effects of draw bead and blank holder force on springback of tailor-welded-blanks with different thicknesses for an automobile carling were forecasted by finite element simulation. A method to reduce the springback during the forming process was obtained. The results show that the springback canbe decreased to a certain extent by setting up drawbead or increasing the blank holder force. And the springback of parts with diverse thicknesses is controled by appling different blank holder forces under condition that the drawbead is setted and the total blank holder forces are invariable.
