摘要
利用DEFORM软件模拟了AZ80镁合金底座零件的成形过程。找出了缺陷,并分析了缺陷产生的原因。通过设计两种预成形方案,确定了消除缺陷的最终工艺。制定了零件的工艺过程,批量生产时有指导作用。
The forming process of AZ80 magnesium alloy base parts was simulated by DEFORM software. The defects were found. And the reasons of produced defects were analyzed. Through the design of two preforming scheme the process to eliminate the defects was ascertained. The process of part was established. This is helpful for mass production parts.
