摘要
用盐雾试验和电化学阻抗谱法研究了热浸镀55%Al-Zn-1.6%Si合金镀层和某商用热浸镀锌层在5%NaCl溶液中的腐蚀行为,并用光学显微镜和扫描电镜分析了清除腐蚀产物后镀层表面组织形貌特征.结果表明,热浸镀55%Al-Zn-1.6%Si合金镀层耐盐雾腐蚀性约为商用热浸镀锌层的2.5倍.商用热浸镀锌层腐蚀表现出显著的扩散控制特征,而热浸镀55%Al-Zn-1.6%Si合金镀层腐蚀主要由电极表面电荷转移过程所控制.
The corrosion behavior of the hot-dip 55%Al-Zn-1.6% Si alloy coating steel sheet and a commercial hot-dip Zn coating steel sheet in the 5% NaCl aqueous solution has been comparatively studied by the salt fog corrosion test and electrochemical impedance spectrum (EIS). Optical microscope (OM) and Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM) have been employed to observe the surface characteristics of the corroded steel sheets after removel of the corrosion products. The results indicate that, the corrosion resistance of hot-dip 55%Al-Zn-1.6%Si alloy coating is 2.5 times higher than that of commercial hot-dip Zn coating. The corrosion of the commercial hot-dip Zn coating is mainly controled by the diffusion process on the electrode surface, while that of hot-dip 55%Al-Zn-1.6%Si alloy coating is mainly controlled by the charge transfer process.
