摘要
模拟通道是数据采集系统的重要组成部分,其性能将直接影响数据采集的结果。分析了传统典型模拟通道的电路原理,指出其不适用于需要隔离、尺寸小、输入范围大、采样率较低场合的原因,提出改进的方案,设计了一种新的A/D前端模拟通道,该模拟通道可实现信号衰减、阻抗转换,负电压搬迁等功能,且同时兼容单端信号与差分输入信号,支持单端和差分信号输出,并对几种不同使用条件下提出了相应的减小误差方法。经测试表明,该模拟通道能够准确有效的对输入模拟信号进行调理。
Analog channel is an important part of data acquisition system, which directly determines the precision of acquisition result. This paper introduces a traditional and typical analog channel circuit, points out the reason why it is not suitabale for isolation, small size, low-speed sampling ratio and wide input range situation, puts forward the improvement method,develops a newly analog channel, which can be used to signal attenuation,impedance conversion, relocation of a negative voltage. The input signal can be single-ended and differential and output signal can be single- ended and differential. The measures for reducing error and increasing measurement accuracy in different situations of use are adopted, which benefit many applications. Many experiments show that the analog channel is efficient and accurate.
