游离脂肪酸与非酒精性脂肪性肝病的相关性 被引量:7

Correlation between serum free fatty acid and nonalcoholic fatty liver disease

摘要 目的探讨游离脂肪酸(free fatty acid,FFA)与非酒精性脂肪性肝病(nonalcoholic fatty liver disease,NAFLD)发病的相关性。方法分别测定296例NAFLD患者和189例健康对照个体血清中的FFA、空腹血糖(fasting blood glucose,FBG)、三酰甘油(triglyceride,TG)、总胆固醇(cholesterol,CHOL)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(highdensity lipoprotein cholesterol,HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(low density lipoprotein cholesterol,LDL-C)等指标。结果NAFLD组血清FFA水平显著高于对照组[(0.82±0.39)]mmol/L,(0.38±0.17)mmol/L,P<0.01)]。Pearson相关分析提示血清FFA水平与TG,GLU,CHOL,LDL-C存在明显的正相关,与HDL-C存在明显的负相关。结论血清FFA水平与NAFLD患病显著相关,并且与TG,GLU,CHOL等指标相关。 Objective To explore the correlation between serum free fatty acid (FFA) and nonalcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD). Methods FFA, fasting blood glucose (FBG), triglyceride ( TG ), total cholesterol ( CHOL ), high density lipoprotein cholesterol ( HDL-C ), low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C), were measured in serum samples from 296 patients with NAFLD and 189 sex- and age-matched subjects (control group). Results Serum FFA levels were higher in NAFLD patients than those in controls [ (0.82 ±0.39) mmol/L vs. (0.38 ±0.17) mmol/ L, P 〈 0.01 ) 1. Serum FFA was positively correlated with TG, GLU, CHOL, LDL-C, while it was negatively correlated with HDL-C in pearson correlation analysis. Conclusion Serum FFA levels are significantly associated with NAFLD, and associated with triglycerides, glucose and total cholesterol levels.
