摘要
本文阐述了逆向工程的概念及工作流程,通过利用逆向工程CAD软件—catia对汽车手柄的点云数据进行处理和曲面重构,并通过调节曲面控制点,后期斑马线检查与高亮分析检查这些关键技术,实现重构曲面的连续性,使重构曲面的误差控制在许可范围内,得到符合要求的高品质曲面。
This paper elaborates the conception and the working procedure of reversing engineering. With catia, which is a kind of reversing engineering CAD software, we will dispose the point cloud of a Automobile handle and make a surface reconstruction, then via the key technologies of regulating surface to control points, examining later zebra line and analyzing highlight lines to ensure the continuity of surface reconstruction, and controling the error of surface reconstruction in scope permitted. So we can get a high-quality surface which corresponds demands.
