摘要
以富马酸和甲醇为原料 ,用活性炭固载磷钨酸催化合成富马酸二甲酯 (DMF)。讨论了催化剂用量、醇酸比、反应时间、反应温度等对合成DMF的影响。结果表明 ,该催化剂具有较高的活性、可重复使用 ,后处理容易 ,生产成本低且无三废污染。
Synthesis of dimethyl fumarate (DMF) was studied by easterification of fumaric acid with methanol catalyzed by supported heteropoly acid catalyst PW 12 /C. The effects of reaction conditions were investigated. The results showed that this catalyst had good catalytic activity for esterification, made simplicity intreating the products and could be reused, the production costs could be reduced and no wasters produced.
