摘要 拉莫三嗪(lamotrigine,LTG)是一种苯三嗪类的新一代广谱抗癫痫药物,用于治疗儿童和成人多种癫痫发作及癫痫综合征。LTG是一种电压性的钠离子通道阻滞剂,它通过阻断电压依赖性钠离子通道,抑制谷氨酸释放而发挥抗癫痫作用。为了控制病情,达到治疗的目的,在治疗过程中,
