摘要
研究以水泥与粉煤灰制作骨核,骨核外面包覆水泥、尿醛泡沫粉制作的中间层,中间层的外面包覆水泥和草木灰或碳粉或聚苯泡沫粉制作的壳层,最后以水泥作为界面剂外粘纤维,经过摇盘机逐步摇制,生产出多壳层免烧陶粒,其应用于生产非承重墙体的轻骨料。
A kind of unfired multi-layer lightweight aggregate ceramisite is researched. It consists of the cement and fly ash in center, cement and urea formaldehyde foam powder in the intermediate layer, cement and wood ash or carbon dust or polystyrene foam powder for outer layer, and cement as the interface agent （external bonded fiber）. After the coiling machine（coiler） gradually shaking, the multi layer lightweight aggregate ceramisite is produced, and used in production of nonbearing wall.
