摘要
为了满足巷旁充填材料及时性、高强性以及密封性的要求,文章提出一种双组份巷旁充填材料,其由甲、乙2种干料加水搅拌后等量混合而成,甲料以硅酸盐水泥为基材,乙料以硫铝酸盐水泥为基材。利用正交试验分析了不同配比下材料的物理力学性能,试验结果表明最优水固比为0.8∶1,水泥∶粉煤灰∶膨润土∶河砂的质量比为1∶0.35∶0.20∶0.35时为优化配比。制备出的双组份充填材料凝固速度快,早期强度高,表现出比高水材料更好的力学性能,适合作为沿空留巷巷旁充填材料。
In order to achieve timeliness, high-strength and tightness ot the roaclslae packing material, invented a new kind of two-component grouting material.It consists of A, B two kinds of material mixted with water. After the preliminarily set up the complex grout contents, the orthogonal test research was applied to analyze the physical mechanics performance of the complex grout under the different mixing ratio. The test results show that the complex grout with water and solid rate of 0.8:1 would be excellent in the comprehensive performances. The quantity ratio of the cement, fly ash, bentonite and sand content as 1:0.35:0.20:0.35 individually would be the optimized grouting slurry. The prepared two-componenting grouting material has the features of quick solidifying and the high early strength, and showes better mechanical properties than the high-water material, .and is suitable for the packing materials roadside.
