摘要
主要运用文献资料、德尔菲等研究方法,对我国中小学体育教师基本技术技能做了调研。调研显示,体育教师基本技术技能标准指标主要由专业知识、专业技术、专业技能和专业体能4个一级指标组成,同时分别有9个二级指标和32个三级指标所构成,同时对相应的指标进行了解析,为规范体育教师的管理和促进业务的提高,保证体育教师质量的高品质和素质的高水准,制定相应的政策提供理论依据。
This is a research aided by methods of literature consultation, logical analysis, Delphi etc. It is meant to investi- gate technical skills of teachers working in primary and secondary schools. Research shows that the basic the standard indicators of technical skills are mainly composed of professional knowledge, professional skills, professional skills and professional physiques. There are 32 tertiary indicators and 9 secondary indicators in the Index System. Meanwhile the article also discussed on the deconstruetion of the corresponding indicators which were designed to regulate the management and promotion of physical education teachers to improve the business and ensure the quality of high - quality physical education. The aim is to make sure that teachers would work with high quality standards, to develop appropriate policies and to provide a theoretical Feference.
