摘要
本文分析了分布式控制系统和可编程控制器(PLC)的特点,提出在温度控制系统中采用PLC,将其用于现场仪表数据的采集和处理的方法。上位机通过组态软件设计承担监督和管理任务,下位机通过PLC实现数据实时采集和控制的功能。
This paper analyzed the characteristics of distributed control system and programmable controller(PLC).And came up with using in PLC in the temperature control system,the methods of which is used for field instrument data acquisition and processing.PC through the configuration software design to assume supervision and management tasks,the next-bit machine through the PLC to realize real-time data acquisition and control functions.
