摘要
在液体、固体B5培养基中加入不同浓度的大蒜素和代森锰锌,通过单因素试验,研究了以生物农药大蒜素与化学农药代森锰锌作为开放式植物组织培养抑菌剂的最佳使用浓度范围。结果表明:大蒜素和代森锰锌均可以作为开放式植物组织培养的抑菌剂;生物农药大蒜素浓度在0.10~0.17g/mL范围内对植物生长影响较小,且抑菌效果较好;化学农药代森锰锌在0.1~0.7g/L浓度范围内对植物的根和芽的生长有明显的促进作用,并且抑菌效果较理想。
The study of biological pesticides allicin and chemical pesticides Mancozeb was concerned with the optimum range of concentrations as antibacterial agents in open plant tissue culture. The study quantified the optimum range of concentrations of antibacterial agents by single factor adding different concentrations of allicin and mancozeb in liquid and solid Bs medium respectively. The results showed that the concentration range of bio-pesticides allicin were 0. 10-0. 17 g/mL hadless impact on plant growth and better antibacterial effects. Chemical pesticide mancozeb among the concentration ranges of 0. 1-0. 7 g/L had significantly promoting role on the growth of roots and buds of plants and ideal antibacterial effect. The conclusion was that allicin and mancozeb can be used as the antibacterial agents in open plant tissue culture.
