摘要
建立了一种离子色谱法同时测定水样中F-、Cl-、Br-、NO3-、PO34-和SO24-的新方法。以Na2CO3-NaHCO3作流动相,自动进样器进样,待测离子经阴离子交换柱分离,抑制电导检测,外标法定量。实验优化了流动相组分的配比及流速对分离效果的影响。在优化实验条件下,该方法线性相关性好(R>0.9992),灵敏度高,检出限在0.05~0.23 mg/L范围内,精密度好(RSD<2.24%)。测定了饮用水源及自来水中阴离子的含量,并进行加标回收试验,回收率在88.2%~105.7%,结果令人满意。该方法操作简单、速度快、准确度高,适合大批量样品中多种阴离子成份的同时测定。
In this paper, the contents of F- , C1- , Br- , NO3- , pO34- and SOl- in water samples were deter- mined by ion chromatography simultaneously. The separation of six anions was achieved on a high capacity A- SSUP-5 column with NazCO3-NaHCO3 as mobile phase. The detection was performed by a suppressed conduc- tivity detector, with a 20 p^L loop for sample injection. The composition and flow velocity of mobile phase were optimized respectively. Under certain experimental conditions, there exists linear correlation between the con- tents of various anions and peak areas ( R 〉 0. 9992) , with a detection limit in the range from 0.05 ~ 0.23 mg/L and relative standard deviation (RSD) less than 3.6%. The recovery results for drinking water resource and tapping water samples were between 88.2% - 105.7%. The proposed method is proved to be convenient, quick, accurate and excellent application in water quality monitoring requirement.
