大冶铁矿竖炉球团应用改性钠基膨润土试验 被引量:4

摘要 经钠化改性后的膨润土可有效替代天然钠基膨润土。在相同条件下 ,应用改性后的膨润土所获得的各项指标明显优于天然膨润土。其最佳配比分别为 1.5%和 2 .0 %。 In order to decreasing bentonite proportioning rate and to improve pellet quality ,the study on using sodium ion- exchanging bentonite to instead natural bentonite was conducted. As a result, the sodium ion- exchaning bentonite could instead natural bentonite effectively, and under the same conditions, the pelletizing indexes obtained with using sodium ion-exchanging bentonite are superier than those with using natural bentonite.The optimium proportioning rate are 1.5%and 2.0% respectively.
