摘要 微小RNA(microRNA,miRNA)是一种内源性非编码小RNA,可在转录水平负调节靶基因的表达。越来越多的研究结果证明miRNA在肿瘤的转移过程中发挥着重要的作用。近几年来,miRNA与肿瘤转移关系的研究已成为探讨肿瘤转移调控机制的热点。研究miRNA对恶性肿瘤转移的作用机制有助于我们寻找治疗恶性肿瘤转移的新方法。本文就与抗肿瘤转移相关的miRNA的研究进展作一综述。 MicroRNA(miRNA) is a kind of small,non-protein-coding RNA which can suppress the expression of target genes at the transcriptional level.More and more studies have confirmed the importance of miRNA in tumor metastasis.In the past few years,the role of miRNAs in cancer metastasis has become an important focus of cancer research,with the potential of helping us find new methods to treat cancer metastasis.This review summarizes the advances in tumor metastasis-related miRNAs and their anti-cancer effects.
