闭合复位经皮空心钉内固定治疗Jones骨折

摘要 目的探讨闭合复位经皮空心钉内固定治疗Jones骨折的治疗方法及临床疗效。方法对25例Jones骨折行闭合复位经皮空心钉内固定的方法治疗。结果术后均获得6～10个月的随访,骨折愈合时间5～8周,治愈20例,好转5例,无骨不连及再次骨折发生。结论闭合复位经皮空心钉内固定治疗Jones骨折创伤小,副损伤少,操作相对简单,骨折愈合率高,功能恢复好,是一种安全有效的治疗方法。
