摘要
目的:探讨多层螺旋(MSCTA)CT在脑部血管的临床应用技术。方法:收集经16排40层螺旋CT脑部血管造影检查的51例患者。以0.5 mm层厚扫描后,0.3 mm层间距重建,结合三维重组图像对脑部血管重建。结果:51例MSCTA结果中,有38例进行手术治疗,其中10例脑部动脉瘤有手术病理证实及行DSA检查,20例为脑部动脉瘤及出血;4例脑动静脉畸形,大脑中动脉梗死7例,2例为烟雾病。结论:MSCTA对脑部血管病变诊断准确性高,无创伤性,可作为首选检查方法。
Objective To discuss the chnical applied technology of multi- spiral CT angiography in brain vessels (CTA). Method - Collected 51 patients of our hospital who had taken an angiography of brain with 16 rows 40 spiral CT in the past 2 years. After scanning with 0. 5ram lameUa thickness, reconstructing with 0. 3mm interlamellar spacing, referring to the three -dimensional images of the brain, we reconstructed the blood vessel of brain. Results In the 51 MSCTA results of these cases,38 cases had been treated with surgery, 10 cases with brain aneurysm had surgery pathology and DSA ;20 cases with brain aneurysm and bleeding,4 cases with cerebral arteriovenous malfor- mations ,7 cases with middle cerebral artery infarction ,2 cases with Moyamoya disease. Conclusion MSCTA has a high accuracy in diagno- sing brain vascular disease, meanwhile, it is non - invasive, and can be used as the preferred screening method.
