黛力新联合布拉氏酵母菌治疗肠道易激综合征临床疗效观察 被引量：3

摘要 目的:氟哌噻吨美利曲辛联合布拉氏酵母菌治疗肠易激综合征的疗效观察。方法:将肠易激综合征患者80例,随机分成治疗组和对照组各40例,治疗组予氟哌噻吨美利曲辛1片,早、中餐后,布拉氏酵母菌0.50g bid。对照组予氟哌噻吨美利曲辛1片,早、中餐后,双歧杆菌四联活菌2片3次/d,疗程4周。结果:治疗组总有效率92.5%,显著优于对照组(P<0.01),两组患者均未发现不良反应。结论:氟哌噻吨美利曲辛联合布拉氏酵母菌的疗效优于双歧杆菌四联活菌。
