77例儿童非霍奇金淋巴瘤临床及预后分析 被引量：7

摘要 儿童非霍奇金淋巴瘤（non—Hodgkin’s lymphoma，NHL）与成人NHL在临床特点和病理类型方面有所不同，多为恶性程度高并有全身播散倾向的高侵袭性、弥散性淋巴瘤。随着临床研究和化疗方案的进展，国际上儿童淋巴瘤的预后已经明显改善，5年总体生存率已达85％左右。目前我国儿童淋巴瘤的诊治水平与国际上相差较大。现对我院近年收治的77例非霍奇金淋巴瘤患儿资料进行回顾性分析，以了解我国儿童非霍奇金淋巴瘤的临床、病理特点以及中长期疗效和预后，更好地规范治疗和改善预后。
