摘要
文章从晶体生长的一般规律出发,阐述了石墨与金刚石晶体结构的不同,论述了在金刚石晶体生长过程中金属触媒的作用机理以及高温高压对碳原子活化速度、结合速度、排逸速度及金刚石晶体生长速度与高品级金刚石生长的关系。
In this paper, based on the general crystal growth rule, the different structure of graphite and diamond crystals were elaborated, the mechanism of action of the metal catalyst in the process of diamond crystal growth as well as the relationships among activating velocity, combining velocity, discharging velocity of carbon atoms and high grade diamond crystals growth rate at high pressure and high temperature were discussed.
