摘要
随着反求技术的快速发展,越来越多的复杂曲面零件模型是从测量实体模型获得。三角网格模型因其快速灵活、拓扑适应能力强而广泛用于曲面模型的表达。在建立STL模型之后,进而对其进行数控加工。本文介绍面向STL模型数控加工的国内外研究现状,分析其所采用的加工方法,介绍三角网格模型数据结构建立、模型偏置和截面法等技术,指出该领域需解决的关键问题。
With the rapid development of reverse engineering, more and more part models with complex surface were obtained from the measurement of solid models. Data models were usually represented by triangular mesh for its fast, flexible and adaptable topology. Numerical control (NC) machining would be applied after the STL models constructed. The present situation of the STL models for NC machining at home and abroad was introduced, and its processing methods were analyzed. Also, the establishment of triangular mesh data structure, model offset and the Section method are introduced, and the key problems in the field need to be solved are proposed as well.
