摘要
本文采用超效率DEA方法,对2000-2010年间我国不同所有制建筑企业的技术效率进行了分析。研究发现:我国建筑企业是有效率的,但近年来呈下降趋势;在不同所有制建筑企业中,国有企业更有技术效率,其次分别为外商投资企业、港澳台商投资企业和集体企业;随着外资建筑企业的发展,考察期内外资建筑企业表现出明显的追赶效应,使得外资建筑企业的技术效率要优于内资建筑企业。
The paper analyzes the technical efficiency of different forms of ownership of construction enterprises during 2000 - 2010 by the super-efficiency DEA. The study finds that ： China＇s construction enterprises are efficient, but shows the downward trend in recent years; in the construction enterprises of different ownership, the state-owned enterprises are more efficient, followed by foreign-invested enterprises, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan-invested enterprises and collective enterprises; with the development of foreign-funded construction enterprises, they show significant catch-up effect, and make the technical efficiency of foreign construction companies to be better than the domestic-funded construction enterprises during the review period.
