摘要
对ZVT-PWM变换器的工作原理进行了分析,对电路中开关元件的开关条件进行了对比讨论,并给出了电路的仿真波形。
The principle of three topologies of ZVT-PWM converter are discussed in this paper, the soft switching conditions of the three topologies are compared with each other, the simulation results of two approved topologiesof ZVT-PWM converter are also given. Analysis and simulation show that the auxiliary switch of basic ZVT-PWM converter can also be switched softly by adding a coupled inductor of aflying capacitor.
