摘要
研究了电涡流传感器在多频率多参数下的试验方式。提出了采用两个频率对轧板厚度及温度进行 测量,通过最小二乘估计法的曲面拟合与解耦,可以直接给出轧板厚度的大小和温度值,理论分析和试 验证明此法可行。在此基础上,还给出了用8098单片机实现数据采集来进行厚度显示的方法。
The test method of the eddy current sensor in the multi-frequency and multi-parameter is studied.The methods of adopting two frequencies detecting the thickness and temperature of the steel plate and adopting least square method performing uncoupling and surface fitting are presented. The thickness and temperature of the steel plate can be directly given out by these methods.The theory analysis and test results show that these methods are available. In the basis of these, the way of using 8098 monolithic computer to realize the data gathering and thickness displaying is also given.
