CK19、Galecin-3和TPO表达在甲状腺良恶性肿瘤病理诊断中的价值 被引量:3

摘要 目的分析并探讨CK19、Galecin-3和TPO表达在甲状腺良恶性肿瘤病理诊断中的价值。方法对我院2007年1月至2012年4月收治的175例甲状腺良恶性肿瘤患者进行免疫组化检测CK19、Galecin-3和TPO蛋白的表达情况。结果甲状腺恶性肿瘤患者肿瘤组织中CK19、Galecin-3表达明显高于甲状腺良性肿瘤患者,而TPO表达明显低于甲状腺良性肿瘤患者,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在甲状腺恶性肿瘤中CK19、Galecin-3的表达显著升高,而TPO蛋白表达显著降低,甚至出现缺失现象。将CK19、Galecin-3和TPO三种分子标志物联合检测能较准确地对甲状腺良恶性肿瘤进行诊断,具有较高的临床应用价值。 Objectives To analyze and observe the value on expressions ofCK19, Galecin-3 and TPO on diagnosis of benign and malignant thyroid tumors. Methods The expressions of CK19, Galecin-3 and TPO for 175 patients with benign and malignant thyroid tumors treated in our hospital from January 2007 to April 2012 were given immunohistochemical detection. Results CK19 and Galecin-3 expressions of patients with benign and malignant thyroid tumors were higher evidently than patients with benign thyroid tumor, but TPO expression was lower significantly than patients with benign thyroid tumor. The difference had statistical significance(P〈0.05). Conelusions As for the human thyroid tumor, the expressions of CK19 and Galecin-3 rise evidently. But TPO expression reduces evidently, even to the extent that missing phenomenon happens. Joint detection on three kinds of molecular markers of CK19, Galecin-3 and TPO can diagnose benign and malignant thyroid tumors accurately, which has high clinical application value.
