摘要
音乐传播是一种永不停息的行为活动,在新的传播技术发展的背景下,应通过积极保护原生态传播方式、加强专业音乐教育传播、充分利用现代媒介手段三种方式并举,才能更好的推动新疆民族民间音乐在当代的传播与发展。
Music communication is a behavior and activity which never stops. In the context of development of new technology,we are able to promote and progress traditional music of Xinjiang by means of pretecting the original communication, strengthening professional education and using modern medium tools.
