摘要
目的分析体检人群不同年龄段并发常见疾病现状，并提出护理措施。方法对2011年1—10月在解放军总医院国际医学中心进行健康体检的500例体检者的体检结果进行统计，列出不同年龄段常见疾病。结果高血压病、高脂血症、脂肪肝、糖尿病、冠心病、妇科疾病、心理疾病和癌症发病率较高。不同年龄段男性患病率差异有统计学意义（x2=40．1142，P〈0．05）；不同年龄段的女性患病率差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论成年男性要积极采取健康的生活方式，加大对健康的关注度。
Objective To investigate the current situation of complicated common diseases of physical examination groups with different ages so as to provide nursing interventions. Methods The physical examination results of 500 eases of physical examination groups at International Medical Center, Chinese PLA General Hospital between January and October in 2011 were analyzed, then listed the complicated common diseases of different ages cases. Results The difference of complicated common diseases incidence of male patient among different ages was statistically significant （ X2= 40. 1142, P 〈 0. 05 ）. While no significant difference was detected in that of female patients （P 〉 0.05 ）. Among physical examination groups, the incidence of hypertension, hyperlipidemia, fatty liver, diabetes, coronary heart disease, gynecological disease, mental illness and cancer were high. Conclusions A further warning to adult males, who should actively adopt a healthy lifestyle and increase the concerns degree on health.
