摘要
文化素质教育作为一种新的教育思想观念,充分体现了时代对人才培养的基本要求。从教育对象、教育使命和高师院校的历史使命多个视角看,民族地区高师院校实施文化素质教育甚为必要;文化素质教育必须从课程、教师、实践体系建构、机制保障、本土资源开发和教师职业准备等几个方面,落实素质教育发展战略,从而创新基础教育未来教师职前培养的素质教育机制。将文化素质教育思想贯彻到人才培养的全过程,以促进学生素质的全面提高。
As a new educational ideology, cultural quality education fully reflects the basic requirements of the personnel training in this age. From the perspectives of educational objects, educational mission and the historical mission of normal universities and colleges, it is rather necessary to carry out cultural quality education in ethnic minority regions; cultural quality education can be implemented from following aspects: curricula, teachers, practical system construction, mechanism, local resource exploitation and teachers' career preparation, etc; besides, quality education should be put into practice so as to make innovations in the quality education mechanism of future teachers' pre-service training in the fundamental education, while quality educational thinking should lead the personnel training for greatly boosting the all-round improvement of students' qualities.
