摘要
无缝隙管理是医院管理中重要的理念和科学的精细化管理方法,宁波市第一医院自2005年起将该方法应用于病房搬迁实践中,在12次病房搬迁中,未发生一例医疗安全和医患纠纷等意外事件,取得了很好的效果,保证了搬迁过程中各个环节的密切衔接,有效规避了搬迁过程中各种安全风险的发生,确保了患者的安全和病房的顺利搬迁。
Seamless management is one of＂ the most important concepts and scientific refined management methods in hospital administration. It＇ s satisfactory that no accident on medical security and tangle has happened in the 12 ward moves in the past 7 years with the application of seamless management since 2005 in Ningbo First Hospital. This effective administrative strategy has ensured the safety of the patients and accomplishment of ward moves on the basis of the closely link-up of all steps and avoidance of possible risks.
